With the current health authority advice regarding social distancing, we are aiming to limit the number of people in our practices.
This includes;
- Asking parents and siblings to wait outside or in the car if possible.
- If you do need to enter the building we ask that you observe appropriate social distancing for yourself, other patients and our staff – including discussions at reception.
- Anybody who does enter must use hand sanitiser and be wearing an approved face mask.
- Non-patients are not permitted into clinical areas unless it is absolutely vital due to patient anxiety.
It is a difficult decision to make, and we do not want any patient to feel uncomfortable – however, we have all been made aware of the benefits of social distancing and this is one way that we can maintain safe distances and unnecessary contact whilst still continuing to provide you with the best possible clinical care.
