If you have a wire that has come out of your back brace, try to reinsert the wire if possible using tweezers.
Otherwise, tuck the wire underneath the brace or secure with wax. Try to shield your cheek from the loose wire as best you can with the wax. Use the contact email form and we can assess if we are able to see you under the current restrictions.
