I was supposed to have my braces removed, what happens now?

Although orthodontic procedures are very safe for patients and clinicians due to our hospital-level sterilization and infection control protocols, cleaning teeth and the removal of orthodontic bonding materials produces aerosols that can possibly contain biological material – including viruses.

This is why these types of dental procedures cannot be carried out at this time.

Make sure that you brush thoroughly to maintain your dental health as we await the passing of the restrictions. We will resume the removal of your braces when the government regulators advise us that it is safe to do so.
