What is an essential appointment?

The Australian Government has described a healthcare setting as an essential indoor gathering.  Using the guidelines of the Department of Health,  AHPRA and Orthodontics Australia all appointments booked can continue normally provided social distancing and safe hygiene and infection control is adhered to.

For you as a visitor to MOG this means

  • Careful brushing before attending your appointment,
  • Wearing an appropriate face mask or covering,
  • Washing/sanitising your hands prior to entering,
  • Not bringing parents, siblings, friends, children with you into the practice,
  • Avoiding long conversations around the reception area.
